There are two kinds of laundry here.
La La Laundry runs two different laundry services. La La Signature is wash-dry-fold at $2.50 per pound dropped off, $2.60 per pound picked up and delivered. The Laundry Clinic is the specialist service, at $3.25 per pound. Anything in before 11am comes back the same day.
Most customers only ever meet one of the two, which is the problem. They are different services with different jobs, and the cheaper one is not the worse one — it is just the one for ordinary washing.
Laundry is also still the majority of this business. The owners call it the milk and bread. Avenue B is the largest laundromat in the city by their count, and it is where the machines, the self-wash and the plants all are.

The Laundry Clinic — $3.25 / lb
The specialist service. The other shop calls it the laundry doctor. Stain treatment, delicate care, separates, air drying, specialty soap and lint removal. This is the one for the pieces you would otherwise give up on. Two packages: Natural Care, and Colour & Shape Care.
La La Signature — $2.50 / lb
Regular drop-off, done to your instructions rather than ours. Separate the darks, hang dry, low heat, softener or none. Add-ons if you want them: separate wash, double cycle, hand wash, vinegar boost, stain treatment, white clinic, sneakers.
Before eleven, back the same day.
Laundry picked up before 11am comes back the same day. After that it's the next one. Dry cleaning runs on its own schedule, so if a bag has both in it, ask on the phone and we'll tell you which day to expect.

The machines at 180 Avenue B are open to anyone, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 7:30pm and weekends 8am to 6:30pm. It is a laundromat with a plant shop growing through it, which is why people come in to ask what it is.
